Account Deletion

You can delete your Bloppy account and the data linked to it at any time — right inside the app, or by email. Deletion is permanent: your Bloppies, their progress, and their memories can't be recovered afterward.
Delete your account in the app
The fastest way, available anytime:
- Open Bloppy and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
You'll be asked whether to remove your synced cloud data too — choose Delete everything for a full wipe.
Request deletion by email
Prefer email, or can't access the app? Write to us at [email protected] with the subject line "Account deletion", ideally from the email you use to sign in. We may ask you to confirm your identity, then complete verified requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in identity and account profile (Auth0 + Supabase)
- Your Bloppies, names, colors, outfits, and room decorations
- Your progress — coins, XP, levels, streaks, and quests
- Your inventory, purchases made with Bloppy Coins, and memories
- Your synced chat history stored in the cloud
What stays, and for how long
- On your device: locally stored data remains until you delete the app — it isn't reachable from our servers after deletion.
- Store subscriptions: deleting your account doesn't cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel it in your store account settings; refunds follow each store's policy.
- Legal & security logs: limited records may be kept where required (e.g. fraud prevention or legal obligations), then removed.
Before you delete
